Which Magnetic Poles Repel?
Two like
poles will repel each
other.
These may be two North poles or
two South
poles,
they will both have the same magnetic field
shape.
The region in the centre of the poles
shown by the red star
has no magnetic field,
as the two opposing fields
cancel each other out.
