GCSE SCIENCE.

How to Remember Information.

There is a lot of information
that you need to remember for the exams.

The best way to remember information is to write it down on paper.
This works because your brain will link in the muscle movements
in your hand when you write and the image which you see
with the information you want to remember.

Another good method is to say the words out loud.
This works because your brain will link in the muscle movements
in your voice when you speak and the sound which you hear
with the information you want to remember.

To maximise your chances of remembering the information do both.
Write it down
and say the words out loud.
